I have received votes from all of the eligible members concerning the fundraising question, and the results are as follows:

Option 1: Continue fundraising as we have been doing with individual fundraising drives producing funds that the students can use for music related activities: 9 votes
Option 2: Discontinue all individual fundraising efforts but allow students who have accumulated funds from previous fundraising drives to use that money for music related activities until it is depleted: 11 votes

Option 2 is adopted.

As a reminder, it was decided by a vote at the September Music Boosters meeting that the current practice would continue for graduating seniors with a balance in their fundraising account, which is to notify them that they can request a check for the balance, or donate the balance to the Music Boosters.
