Team App account login issues

If you have problems getting into your Team App account on your phone, please do not create a new account. If you do, I have to manually go in and reset multiple settings on your new account to keep everything correct in the app, then delete the old account, all of which takes time and leads to mistakes.

If you can’t see your chat rooms or other items, you were probably logged out of your account, possibly during an update on the app. Please try logging back in to your account, and let me know if you need help logging in. I cannot look up or change your password, but you should be able to change the password in the app if you need to. If you still can’t get in, I’d like to look at it on your phone with you. (Pro tip: for years I have personally used LastPass, and there are other password manager apps available. They are great for keeping all your passwords straight!)

If you do create a new account, I will delete the old one. Because of this, it’s required that everyone have an account under their own name. Parents cannot create a second account using their child’s name.

Also, remember you can do everything in Team App on the web at http://madisonmusic.teamapp.com/ – there’s a Log In link at the top right of the page. Thanks for your help!
